Do you have questions about mental health that you're not sure how to answer? Whether you're worried about how you're feeling, you're not sure what help and support is out there and how to access it, or just curious - come along and ask me!

I will be teaming up with Bee Released Counselling CIC by supporting their new community hub venture, The Hive. You will find me there from 11:30am to 3pm on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month where I will be offering a drop-in service where you can come along and ask any questions you may have about mental health.
